Primary responsibilities of the position will involve working with the membership committee on the development and implementation of member recruitment and retention programs and other fundraising efforts. Other duties will include the producing a weekly membership newsletter and other publications; assisting in the development and implementation of association meetings and events; responding to informational inquires; and participating in other activities necessary to support the efficient and effective operation of a small trade association. Preferred candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Sales/marketing experience and a forest products background are desired.
