In addition to completing this tuition scholarship application form, an
applicant must also attach a completed NHLA Inspection School Application
for Enrollment Form.  Please refer to the link below to get the
application form and other information concerning the Inspection School. 
Also include a 2 paragraph letter about yourself and why you have applied
for the scholarship.
