Annual President’s Letter
Dear Penn-York Lumbermen’s Club Members,
We are pleased to announce that we have donated just under $1,020,000 through the years to various organizations to help promote our industry either through lobbying efforts or promotions through advertising. We are delighted to report in 2026 we will be increasing our donations. Please remember we refund 100% of our dues back to promote our great industry.
In 2026, we have three board changes. We would like to welcome back previous Penn York Lumbermen’s Club Presidents Steve Jones from Ron Jones Hardwood Sales, Inc., Jesse LaSon from the Rossi Group LLC and Jordan McIlvain from the Alan McIlvain Company.
We will be hosting seven meetings in 2026, starting in Watkins Glen, NY (host Wagner Lumber) on January 19th, 2026. The meetings are a great way to share ideas, socialize and listen to guest speakers discuss the industry.

In closing, 2025 was my final year as President. I would like to thank all our active board members for your support and input this past year. I want to acknowledge and welcome our incoming leadership team, including our new President Rob Matson, Vice-President Jeff Dougherty and Secretary Nate Jones. Without leadership like this we would not be as strong as we are today.
